A 3 Ring Slow Twist Gag is characterised by its gentle twisted design. This design incorporates gradual twists in the mouthpiece, which creates multiple points of contact within the horse's mouth. This will help provide more control than a standard mouthpiece as the added texture creates additional pressure points on the horse’s tongue, bars, and lips, encouraging a more responsive reaction to the rider's aids.

Our bit features a rectangular-shaped mouthpiece with rounded edges, designed for comfort and precision. The weighted mouthpiece minimises pressure on the cheeks while aiding in clear communication with your horse. The design also reduces the risk of cuts and chafing and prevents the mouth from drying out by maintaining better lip contact.

Although some horses may be ridden in this all the time, it can also be used 2-3 times just to help increase your horse's response before returning to a normal mouthpiece.
