# Racing Bungee Martingale

A bungee martingale, also known as a French martingale, used as a training aid to help a horse work in a steady, consistent outline.

The elastic bungee section applies a gentle downward pressure on the bit only when the head is raised too high, and releases as soon as the head is lowered, which encourages acceptance of the bit and a rounder, more supple frame.

Clip-on bit attachments and a buckle-adjustable girth strap make it easy to fit. One size (full).
