If your items are in stock, we aim for next day dispatch. Once picked up by the courier, expect 2-5 days for the UK, NZ and Australia, and 2-7 days for rest of the world.

Returns can be accepted for store credit within 30 days of purchase. The item/s must be in brand new, resell-able condition and returned to Ainsley Saddlery at the customers expense. Conditions apply, please refer to our Returns page.

Installation
When ordered alongside a saddle, our team will install the name plate to your saddle prior to dispatch, this may mean a slight delay with dispatching your saddle (please let us know if this is an issue).
If you are ordering a name plate for an existing saddle - installation is straightforward, you will be emailed a copy of our installation guide.
Bespoke Name Plates are complimentary when ordered at the same time as your saddle, simply add to cart (along with your saddle) and the cost will be deducted at checkout.
