Let's get to know your horse - this form is designed to provide us with valuable insight for an Ainsley Expert to recommend the perfect saddle/s and possible adjustments or considerations.

Photo Instructions
If possible, please provide photos for each horse within your string.
1. Side view, standing square on level ground
2. Other side view, standing square on level ground
3. Rear view of the horses back, standing square on level ground
4. Optional: any additional photos which highlight an issue or concern
Please note:
- It is important the horses are standing square (on level ground) and not resting.
- Horses should be standing straight eg. neck in line with their back.
- Ideally, photos should be taken when the horses are in work, however, if this is not possible please add a note to let us know.
