Try your Ainsley MVP Saddle for 30 days - in the (very) unlikely scenario it is not fantastic fit, and we can’t find a solution to solve it for you, return it for a full refund.

Conditions:

  • The customer must reach out to Ainsley Saddlery expressing their fitting concerns within 30 days of receiving the saddle
  • Before a refund will be considered, the customer agrees to fully cooperate with Ainsley Saddlery and their attempts to solve the fitting issue. This may include but is not limited to: a virtual or in person saddle fitting by Ainsley Saddlery or an accredited saddle fitter, modifications to the saddle, or trialing different panel types.

In the event of an approved return/refund:

  • Return shipping is at the customers expense. We have competitive rates with DHL and are happy to arrange the delivery service on the customers behalf and deduct the cost from the refund.
  • The saddle must be packaged carefully to avoid damage in transit. We recommend keeping hold of the original box and protective packaging for this purpose.
  • The refund will be processed once Ainsley Saddlery receives the returned saddle in a satisfactory, lightly used and undamaged condition.

If you have any fitting concerns with your MVP saddle, it is important to reach out to us within 30 days to be eligible for a refund. We do not need to have the issue resolved within this time period, however, we aim to solve it as quickly as possible.

Ainsley MVP Saddles include a LIFETIME warranty on the saddle tree and a 5 year warranty on the rest of the saddle and its components*.

The MVPs full-grain, rough-out leather is an impressive 4.5-5mm thickness and exceptionally durable. Unlike traditional suede saddles, which use a thin veneer that wears smooth and eventually tears, our rough-out leather ensures long lasting grip and superior performance, making it a significantly more durable and reliable choice.

When a warranty claim is processed, we will attempt to repair the issue whenever possible. If this is not an option, we will issue a replacement.

Conditions:

  • Before a warranty claim is accepted, Ainsley Saddlery will fully asses the issue. We may request the customers assistance with photos or videos, or with organising the saddle to be returned to us for inspection.
  • The warranty does not cover damages resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or the use of inappropriate products. Additionally, the warranty will be void if any saddle parts, such as the saddle tree or stirrup bars, are modified (other than by Ainsley Saddlery).
  • Because our leather is not subjected to additional treatments (this is to retain its natural benefits), slight variations in colour, marks, or fading over time are normal and indicators of quality and not a warranty issue.
  • * The warranty excludes billet/girth points which can wear out, these require periodic checking and replacement. Two spare billet/girth points are included with the Series 2 MVP which can be replaced by the customer. Series 1 MVPs do not include changeable billet/girth points and need to be replaced by a saddler.
  • If a warranty claim is accepted, Ainsley Saddlery will cover the cost of any accompanying fitting or freight charges
