Try your Ainsley MVP Saddle for 30 days - in the (very) unlikely scenario it is not fantastic fit, and we can’t find a solution to solve it for you, return it for a full refund.
Your satisfaction is our top priority, we truly want the best result for you and your horses.
Conditions:
- The customer must reach out to Ainsley Saddlery expressing their fitting concerns within 30 days of receiving the saddle
- Before a refund will be considered, the customer agrees to fully cooperate with Ainsley Saddlery and their attempts to solve the fitting issue. This may include but is not limited to: a virtual or in person saddle fitting by Ainsley Saddlery or an accredited saddle fitter, modifications to the saddle, or trialing different panel types.
In the event of an approved return/refund:
- Return shipping is at the customers expense. We have competitive rates with DHL and are happy to arrange the delivery service on the customers behalf and deduct the cost from the refund.
- The saddle must be packaged carefully to avoid damage in transit. We recommend keeping hold of the original box and protective packaging for this purpose.
- The refund will be processed once Ainsley Saddlery receives the returned saddle in a satisfactory, lightly used and undamaged condition.
If you have any fitting concerns with your MVP saddle, it is important to reach out to us within 30 days to be eligible for a refund. We do not need to have the issue resolved within this time period, however, we aim to solve it as quickly as possible.
